🔄 Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

📦 How to Request a Return

  2. Share your order number, product images, and reason for return.

💰 Refund Policy

We issue refunds in the following cases:

  • A paid order is cancelled before shipping.

  • A returned item is approved after inspection.

✅ Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7 working days.

❌ Note: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are not issued in cash — only via bank transfer.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items returned after 3 days.

  • Products damaged due to misuse.
